Team, as we approach the end of the year, I want to take a moment to appreciate each one of you. This year has brought a lot of changes, with almost the entire team being new and navigating a period of attrition. Yet all of you stayed strong and adapted with so much professionalism and maturity.
Even with so many moving parts, including the shifts in our CSM’s and AM’s structure, we held things together. I’m grateful for how each of you stepped forward, and I’m proud to have worked right alongside you to keep the team steady. You have been managing end-to-end recruitment, handling inbound and outbound calls with patience and dedication that shows what a capable and dependable team we are.
Despite everything, we didn’t just maintain — we expanded. Our E&R team grew from 4 to 7, a clear reflection of the trust placed in us and the value we continue to deliver together.
Thank you all for your dedication, resilience, and teamwork throughout the year. We have come a long way, and every milestone this year was possible because of your effort. Let’s carry this same strength and unity into the new year and I’m genuinely proud of us

Hey everyone, I won’t be able to join you at the year-end dinner, but I didn’t want to miss the chance to say this: When we started three years ago, we were just four people. Today, we’re fifteen strong— I won’t able to do it without the amazing effort and reliability each of you brings every day. To my Resourcing Team, Project Testing Team, and Business Support Team—you guys have been incredible. Thank you for your hard work, your dedication, and for stepping up to deliver beyond expectations. Seeing that initiative and teamwork is what makes this job so rewarding.
We’ve had our ups and downs, but what makes me proud is not just the work we’ve done—it’s also the friendships and support you’ve shown each other along the way. That’s what makes this team special. I’m a big believer in “Work and Smile.” Because honestly, why work sad when we can work and smile? Thank you for making this team not just successful, but a place where people enjoy working together. This year started as I said goodbye to my father, Alex Wong. I was instead blessed with two sons, Andrew and Danial. In the short period they were here, they pounded hours into seconds. Andrew planned workshops that brought fun back into learning. Spent nights with After Hours finding needles in haystacks.
Danial brought to life dashboards that makes IPO review less stressful. Making performance forecasts to help us peek into the future – without a time machine.
But they aren’t the only gears turning, we kickstarted 16 initiatives this year.
10 were completed. That’s 10 groups of people that we have stressed, chased or mildly terrified. 6 is still ongoing. That’s 6 groups that still secretly hates us.
But none of it is possible without everyone’s genuine support and many glares that screams “DO BETTER”. To my team and all of you, thank you for making this year’s roller coaster a fun ride! To next year’s merry-go-round.

To Ashraqi Onwi and Ian Lee ( Deskside – Asia) , you are the two pillars on my team, always so supportive and helpful whenever I need them. Always plan, and they are well-organised people in everything to make it work better. Ashraqi has been with me for 5 years since he joined, and Ian has been with me for 1 year after the migration. Even though they support different entities, they always work together for work purposes.
Very dedicated staff, professional when it comes to work. Always being so friendly and supportive when handling users’ issues and requests, because to date, there’s been no escalation on their end regarding their job and support. Even within the team, they are very understanding of leave plans and backup support when any of them is unavailable.
To Service desk Team ( Hazman Team), a small team, but the central pillar of IT. The best among all because they always work in a team, are very supportive, and consitently very productive. Always offer their hand when the second level needs help.
The team member’s understanding at every point is excellent. As a lead, Hazman always prioritises the team, ensures they work in a peaceful environment, and guides them when they feel stressed.
One sentence to describe shared services is “Family.” Although they support different entities, workloads are always shared to ensure tasks are completed without delay. Over all we are the “ SUPER HEROES”, and I’m happy to be part of the team, and I wish to continue my working journey with them.

Thank you for organising our Year End Dinner and for all the amazing activities you’ve driven throughout the year. It’s never easy managing back-to-back events — especially right after the Christmas Party — yet you handled everything with so much energy, creativity, and commitment.
